RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal

All German Parts will gladly refund on any item purchased (excluding the items listed below). However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. All returns must have a return authorization number, which is obtainable by phone or via e-mail, be sure to have your invoice number when asking for a return authorization. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order.

You may return item that:

·  Are in their original packaging

·  Are in resell able condition

·  Have not been installed or used in any way

·  Do not have missing parts or instructions

The following items are not returnable:

                        ·  Electrical items

                        ·  Special order items

                        ·  Clearance items

                        ·  Automotive repair manuals

All core returns must:

                        ·  Have all the fluid drained

                        ·  Be in rebuild able condition

                        ·  Be returned in the original packaging

All returns are subject to inspection. Once we have determined that the item meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to two weeks for refund to be issued. Item returned that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you only at your request. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error made by All German Parts.

If you receive your item damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your item and we will assist you with filing your claim.
